With the busyness of the holidays I did not have time to blog the images from a fresh baby girl’s newborn session a few weeks before Christmas.
This little princess is a lucky little girl to have two great parents and an adorable older brother. This little lady is utterly perfect and I loved every minute of photographing and cuddling her! Thanks for the session and for allowing me to capture your little princess at her smallest!

I photographed a tiny sweet little baby girl a few weeks ago. It is amazing to me how much of a difference a few pounds makes on a newborn.
I could not get over how adorable and small she was! I really wanted to put her in my pocket and take her home, but I’m sure her parents would not have let that happen! Her parents have been waiting a long time to begin the journey of parenthood and it is so heart warming to see brand new parents so smitten and in love with their new baby. Little E has filled so many hearts with love and joy already. She is pure perfection and photographing her was a real pleasure.
I just realized I have not blogged the maternity session at Crescent Beach from before little E’s arrival, you can truly tell her parents are completely in love with her before she was even born!

A few weeks ago I photographed a lovely family on a crisp morning. The rain held off for our outdoor shoot for exactly one hour, the hour we happened to be outside! This family is awaiting the arrival of their 4th member in just a few short weeks. Another sweet little boy! I photographed big brother for the first time to mark his first birthday over a year ago, it is hard to believe he is already two and going to be a big brother very soon! We moved the photo shoot inside to capture some more maternity images of mom once the rain began.
I am so glad we did, we captured some beautiful images!

I can only dream to look this sexy and perfect pregnant!
This is a good friend of mine and she is rocking the pregnant look with her perfectly round little baby belly. Her little Jelly Bean (his nickname…or if my friend is crazy postpartum, maybe his real name?? lol) is very active and I have witnessed him from outside his temporary home jumping around and kicking up a storm.
I’m very excited for my friend and her man and can’t wait to meet little Jelly Bean when he arrives next month!

A new little girl is soon to be born!
This mama has had her butt kicked already by her princess with morning sickness the entire way through (I have first hand knowledge of the situation because this mama and I work together), so hopefully Miss princess gives her mama a nice break and sleeps for 8 hours straight the day she is born, haha. I’m positive though that the morning sickness will be a distant memory when she is born and it will be entirely worth it!
Isn’t this mama just glowing? She has the perfect little round bump and looks absolutely beautiful!
I cannot wait to meet her little girl very shortly!

I had a lovely session today with a great family awaiting the arrival of their fourth member. Miss S is excited about becoming a big sister and was happily telling me her sister’s name and how she is going to be her friend. It’s always nice when an older siblings is excited! It’s also such a nice treat when a two year old is soo happy and willing to be in pictures! Little S is such a sweetheart and I am soo looking forward to meeting her little sister soon!

It was a perfect first day of Summer in every way!
The sun was finally out and it was finally a nice warm evening. I couldn’t have asked for better weather for an awesome outdoor session with an adorable couple expecting their first bundle of joy! Little Liam is due to make is appearance in August, such a lucky little guy to have such great parents. I can’t wait to meet you soon Liam!

Hello to all my readers!
I have been a boring blogger lately! I promise I have some pictures to share and will be catching up on blogging over the next few days!
I went on a lovely vacation with my husband to Maui, Hawaii. We got married there last year and loved it so much we wanted to return for the most relaxing stress free week! The weather was wonderful, sunny and warm! A stress free week away does wonders for my soul! I absolutely love being near the ocean and am definitely a girl who loves the sunshine! I sometimes think I should have been born somewhere hot and sunny! We returned home to below freezing temperatures and an unusually early snowfall, it was quite the shock to our systems! We can’t complain though, we got a nice dose of warmth and sunshine to hopefully carry us through the Winter! I will share some shots from Hawaii in the next few days.
I had a lovely shoot yesterday of a glowing mama to be! She has the most perfect round baby bump ever!
She is definitely glowing and I know this loving couple are going to make fantastic parents. They don’t know the gender of the baby yet, but in 6 more weeks a cutie pie will be born and we will know very soon if its a girl or a boy! C & M I can’t wait to meet your little bundle very soon!

I had another great maternity session yesterday! This wonderful family is expecting their 5th member in September. Is it a 3rd boy or a girl? We will find out very soon! These boys are going to make excellent big brothers and are just as anxious for the arrival of their new sibling as much as their parents are. Both boys are hoping for a little sister, but say a little brother will be okay too!
The backyard of this family was a photographers paradise! You never know what type of shooting conditions you are going to stumble across when going to a location for the first time, but I was very pleasantly surprised that their backyard was not an ordinary yard at all! It was absolutely beautiful!
I joked and said I wish I could bring client’s there all the time (watch out P family, you might find me hanging out in your yard one day, haha).
I love the lush greenery and rugged foresty style, so this location was right up my alley!
Look at this HOT mama, can you believe this is her third baby?! I can only dream I will look as great as her when I become a mama. She had the perfect bump with not a stretch mark in sight!
Maybe the pink flower behind her is a subtle hint?

I got to shoot another beautiful mama to be today!
Seriously can a pregnant mama be any more gorgeous? She is expecting her first baby, a little boy, in less than 2 weeks! I can’t wait to meet him!
